Ehtyneen lehmän parantaminen.
Haitaan lähteestä vettä (ei muualta) ja lypsetään maitoa sekaan. Sitten se vesi lasketaan kolme kertaa saunan uunin läpi astiaan, ja otetaan emännältä vasemmasta jalasta sukka, sillä pestään lehmä ja loitsitaan:
