SKVR textEnglish
Pois pilvi päivän päältä,Away, cloud from upon the sun,
Anna päivän paistaa,Let the sun shine,
Aurinkon loistaa,The sun to blaze,
Herran kynttilät helottaaThe Lord's candles to glimmer,
Ison herran haulassa,In the great Lord's vault,
Vähän herran haulan päällä,Upon the small Lord's ledge,
Taavetin pojan vakan alla.Under David's son's vessel.
