The archive’s description
Written by the editors of the SKVR type index and quoted as it stands, in Finnish.
Ydinaihe: Emo kasvatteli kuusi tytärtä, muut naitettiin, Maie tms. jää kotiin. Koristelee itsensä kullalla ja hopealla, ottaa korennot, lähtee kaivolle. Varastetaan kaivotiellä. Emo kenkii kiireisesti jalkansa, lähtee etsimään sutena ja karhuna ym. eläiminä. Tyttö vastaa pilvistä, ettei pääse, pyytää äitiä tuomaan olutpikarin. - Osassa tekstejä (V, XIII) tyttö pyytää äitiä tuomaan olkikuvon, jolla pilven reunat poltetaan; sama motiivi on >Pilviin kadonneen pojan inkeriläisteksteissä. Muuta vaihtelua: tyttö varastetaan marjanpoiminnasta (IV3), kartanolta (IV1, IV2).
