The archive’s description
Written by the editors of the SKVR type index and quoted as it stands, in Finnish.
Ydinaihe: Emo on nähnyt suuren vaivan, kärsinyt kivun kipeän -säesarja ja erilaiset synnytyksen kuvaukset (saunan maassa maatessaan... puri puuta, söi kiveä... oli kynsin kynnyksessä... oli hengittä olilla, maassa kuolijana jne).
Sekoittuu usein Ei ne vaali kaikki vaimot -aiheen lapsenhoitokuvauksiin; yhteistäkin säeainesta, esim. alkusäkeet. Esiintyy paikoin kiinteästi kolmen äidinylistysrunon (Emon unohtaminen, Äidin vaivojen palkinto ja Poikako vai tyttö) yhteydessä ja lyhyenä säejaksona Syntymistään surevassa. Paikoin häärunoissa morsiamen neuvokkivirren Emoa älä unohda yhteydessä.
