The archive’s description

Written by the editors of the SKVR type index and quoted as it stands, in Finnish.

Aloitussanoja ja -formuloita, joissa kehoitetaan toista laulajaa tai monikossa muita laulamaan. Pohjoisilla alueilla toisen laulajan puhuttelua on usein vaikea erottaa alkusanoista, joten numerot on merkitty molempiin. Kaikkia Lähtekäämme laulamahan -muotoja ei ole poimittu tähän laulajan alkusanoista, vaan pelkästään ne joissa on suorempia viitteitä toiseen laulajaan / toisiin laulajiin.

§§§Kehoituksista erottuu pelkän kehoituksen lisäksi joitakin selkeitä, laajemmaksi kasvavia tyyppejä:

1) Veli kulta veikkoseni, lähdetään laulamaan - hyvän toisena keralla - pankame käsi käteen (I, VI, XII) - laula sie lankosein (XIII).

2) Lähtään/Läkkäme/Nukka langot laulamaan - sukuvirttä suoltamaan (II, VII) -langot laulaa hyvästi (V, XIII).

3) Nouskame norolle nuoret - pankame käsi käteen, ranne ranteeseen (IV-V, XIII).

4) Nouskaa laiskat laulamaan (III).

5) Auttakaa artteliin vaikka kahdella sanalla (V2 183, 185, 2232, V3 1059, vrt. V3 252: miss lie armas artteliin).
