Shannon Entropy: Information-theoretic measure of word distribution diversity. Higher = more diverse vocabulary with more even word usage.
Vocabulary Size: Number of unique words (types) attested at each place.
Type-Token Ratio (TTR): Unique words / total words. Higher = more varied vocabulary per text length. Note: TTR decreases with corpus size, so compare within similar-sized collections.
Evenness: Entropy / max possible entropy. Measures how evenly vocabulary is distributed (vs. dominated by few words).
